Rugged, water-proof, vandal-proof keypad with 12 back-lit keys, ideal for indoor or outdoor security/access control device or other low-lit or dark environments
Key Features
- 12 full travel and back-lit keys, all keys are in the same size
- Keys in 3 X 4 matrix
- Stamped characters
- Panel mount from the rear side
- Exposed parts(front panel and keys) made of stainless steel, high resistance against destruction, rust etc
- Dust-proof and liquid-proof, IP65 compliance after properly mounted
-Silicone membrane extends beneath the front panel way to the edge of the back panel, so the membrane also functions as a sealing gasket, no additional gasket will be needed when installed, therefore this design can better prevent water from seeping into the PCB than other conventional design (where the rubber is the same size as the front panel), this enhancement makes it an ideal choice for outdoor application.
